At UR. café, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our catering. Because our products are freshly prepared to order, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

We require different notice periods depending on the scale of your booking to manage ingredient procurement and staffing:

  • Standard Office Catering (Platters, Salad Boxes, Breakfast Boxes): We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Large Event Buffets & Corporate Functions: For larger events, we require at least 5 working days’ notice for a full cancellation.
  • Late Cancellations: Orders cancelled outside of these notice periods will be charged at 100% of the total value, as ingredients will have been committed and preparation started.

2. How to Cancel or Amend

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible via:

  • Note: Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgement from our team.

3. Issues with Your Order

  • Quality Concerns: If you are unhappy with the freshness or quality of your food upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
  • Missing Items: Please check your delivery against the manifest. Any missing items must be reported to the driver or our office immediately so we can rectify the error or issue a partial refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds for eligible cancellations or order errors will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
