Welcome to UR. café. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (urcafe.co.uk) and the purchase of our products and hospitality services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Ordering and Contract

• Orders: All orders placed through our website or app are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order.
• Hospitality Bookings: Large corporate catering orders require a minimum notice period of 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Confirmation: A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• Cut-off Time: To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all catering orders must be placed by 11:00 AM for next-day delivery (Monday to Friday).
• Minimum Order: Catering platters are subject to a minimum order value of £50.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway (Card/Digital Wallet) or, for approved corporate clients, via a pre-arranged account invoice.
• Interests: We reserve the right to charge interest on any late payments for account-based customers in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• Please note that charges on your statement will appear as PIX*URCafe

4. Delivery

• Scope: We primarily serve the Stockley Park business district and surrounding areas.
• Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details and contact information are correct.
• Timeframes: While we aim for precise delivery slots, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic or security access delays).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Fresh Food Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery slot.
• Hospitality Cancellations: For large event catering, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover ingredient and labour costs.
• Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at stockleypark@urcafe.co.uk within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Allergens and Health & Safety

• Allergen Info: While we follow strict hygiene protocols, our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens (including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy) are present. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments.
• Consumption: Fresh food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or refrigerated immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

UR. café shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence as required by UK law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
