Welcome to UR. café. We deliver fresh, premium workplace catering and hospitality directly to your office or venue. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery zones, schedules, and order requirements.

Order Requirements & Cut-Off Times

To guarantee the freshness of our food and ensure seamless logistics, we operate on a strict preparation schedule:

  • Minimum Order Value: We have a minimum order requirement of £50 (Free Delivery) for all online bookings.
  • Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off: All standard orders must be placed by 11:00 AM the working day before.
  • Weekend & Monday Orders: Orders required for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday must be finalised and submitted by 11:00 AM on Friday.
  • Same-Day Ordering: We are unable to accept automated same-day delivery orders via the website. If you have an urgent, last-minute requirement, please call our team directly to see if we can accommodate you.

Delivery Time

Standard deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. To make sure we match your schedule, a member of our team will confirm your exact delivery timing once your order is processed.

We provide coverage across Stockley Park (UB11) for all local workplace and estate deliveries.

Whether you are hosting a large-scale corporate function, a regional business event, or simply require a bespoke catering setup outside our standard delivery radius, our team will do our absolute best to accommodate your booking.

Large Events & Corporate Bookings

For large gatherings, networking events, or custom hospitality setups, we recommend reaching out at least 10 to 14 working days in advance. This gives our culinary and operations teams ample time to tailor the perfect menu for your guests.
